SHIPPING
A note about shipping: Although we utilize the automatic calculation technology of various carriers, we do find some abnormalities when ordering a quantity of individual item(s). If the online calculation is too high when we receive it, we will reduce the fee. Although it is not always the case, our usual S&H fee is USPS actual cost plus $1.00.
We normally ship within 24 hours from the time your order is received. The best shipping method will be determined once your order has been received. Our experience indicates an estimated ground delivery time of 2-3 days to most continental US locations. If you choose an expedited method of delivery and we determine that it would be in your best interest to change your choice to ground, we will do so.
Shipping costs vary according to the service requested, size/weight of your order, and delivery destination.
Select items are shipped from New York and cannot be customized with our Louisiana or Mardi Gras products, and may not be combined with an order for Louisiana or Mardi Gras items. Information about this is posted on these individual products.
Shipping Policies

Return Policies
Our #1 priority is customer satisfaction. Within a 3-day review period, if the buyer is not satisfied with the product, we will gladly issue a refund or store credit for the merchandise.
