SHIPPING
A note about shipping: Although we utilize the USPS automatic calculation technology, we do find some abnormalities when ordering a quantity of individual item(s). If the online calculation is too high when we receive it, we will reduce the fee. Although it is not always the case, our usual S&H fee is USPS actual cost plus $1.00.
We normally ship within 24 hours from the time your order is received. Our shipping method of choice is USPS Priority. Using this service of the United States Postal Service, our experience indicates an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days to most continental US locations. Because of this average delivery time, we do not offer 2nd Day Air which costs much more. Although we do offer USPS Express mail, overnight service is not guaranteed to all continental zip codes. If you choose Express and we determine that it would be in your best interest to change your choice to Priority, we will do so.
Shipping costs vary according to the service requested, size/weight of your order, and delivery destination.
Select items are shipped from New York and cannot be customized with our Louisiana or Mardi Gras products, and may not be combined with an order for Louisiana or Mardi Gras items. Information about this is posted on these individual products.
Shipping Policies

Return Policies
Our #1 priority is customer satisfaction. Within a 3-day review period, if the buyer is not satisfied with the product, we will gladly issue a refund or store credit for the merchandise.
