Angelworks is excited to introduce our very personal jewelry line made of Czechoslovakian glass beads, renowned for their excellent craftsmanship with vividly colored glass that resists fading.

The Krewe of Rex introduced Czech beads to Mardi Gras parade goers in the 1880’s, and we personally remember catching them in the early 1970’s. Whether they were discontinued because of politics or economics, we don’t know; but we choose to honor those days by creating a jewelry line designed with Czech glass, but utilizing today’s sophisticated design and technologies.

Each piece is individually hand-crafted - there are no 2 pieces alike, so they’re very special. Perfect for any occasion, each includes a written history of the Mardi Gras Czech glass beads.

Product Details: Necklace measures 19” long and strung with pink foil, clear crackle & opaque pearl Preciosa Czechoslovakian glass beads, and silver-plated nest style metal beads. Bracelet is 7.75" long and is made of the same materials as the necklace.. Both the necklace and bracelet have a "MADE FOR AN ANGEL" charm at the clasp. Both are finished with silver-plated bar & toggle clasp. Matching 1.5" drop earrings are strung on silver-plated surgical steel ear wires.
